Manage records of staff attendance, holidays and sickness

Examine overtime claims and liaise with HR on an individual basis

Participate in the department recruiting process and liaise with line managers about all what is needed

Coordinate issues related to departmental budgets/expenditures as per approved budget for Comms./Travel

Conduct monthly comparisons between budgets & actual for Comms/Travel, provide Directorate management with results, and draft/implement actions to correct negative

Coordinate between staff, supervisors, and Sr. Manager and external to dep. such as in the following cases;

  • Administration; about space, furniture and renovation, new equipment & traveling arrangements
  • HR; about performance appraisal, probation assessment, salaries increases, surveys & inductions  
  • Procurement
  • Legal; follow up on contracts and deal memos
  • Outsourcing technicians

Prepare assigned reports including SLA on monthly basis

Attend all departmental meetings and keep min of meetings

Administrate departmental filling system and ensure that its up-to-date

Personnel administration, general policies, procedures, and systems.
